Illustrative budget ranges, not quotes or exhaustive market prices. Actual quotes may be lower or higher. Software and agency figures cover 90 days; appointment fees are per booking. Scope, list size, setup fees and booking definitions vary.

Your CRM may already do the job.

Native tools can automate follow-ups, draft copy and report bookings or revenue. DIY can be the better buy if someone on your team can own the audience, approvals and reporting. You don’t need a managed sprint merely because you have an old customer list.

Jobber

Marketing Suite is advertised at $99/month as an add-on; it is included in Plus. A Jobber subscription is required. It bundles Campaigns with other marketing tools. Pricing · What’s included.

Housecall Pro

Paid Campaigns tiers list $9, $19, $49 and $89/month, tied to the underlying Housecall Pro plan, with different send limits. The $9 tier lists 500 emails; confirm your actual audience and volume before comparing. Official plan details.

ServiceTitan

Marketing Pro with Atlas can suggest campaigns from customer, estimate and membership records, including win-back opportunities. This is capable software, not just an empty sending tool; check your subscription and quote. Official capabilities.

Provider information checked October 29, 2026. Prices, eligibility and features can change; base subscriptions, usage charges and tax may be additional. These are not like-for-like managed-service quotes.

Managed retention also exists.

The Marketing Clerics advertises a $3,500 build plus $1,299/month for months 2–12, with Klaviyo paid separately. Its $599 single-send trial also has platform costs. It is an established alternative with a different scope and commitment. Published program and trial details.

Our proposed fit is narrower: one neglected, economically sensible follow-up job, a 90-day scope and an email-only process. We are founding-stage, have no client results yet, and cannot claim better outcomes. Check whether managed help makes sense for you.

Pay-per-appointment calling or texting.

Some services charge per appointment; others use subscriptions or usage fees. Define a valid booking, check setup fees and volume caps, and ask how consent and opt-outs are handled. A low price per appointment does not tell you the total bill.

A fixed-price email sprint.

We write and send seasonal win-back emails in your shop’s voice for 90 days for $3,500 one time. For shops with 800+ past customers with emails who reply to Friday check-ins, the guarantee is 8 confirmed booked jobs in 90 days or free continuation. If still under 8 at day 150, we refund the full sprint fee within 14 days and work ends when the refund is issued. We’re new and don’t have client results yet.

Compare a written scope, not just a headline price.

These ranges are illustrative budgeting examples rather than like-for-like quotes. Ask for current pricing, scope, and a written booking definition before deciding.
