Your shop. Your customers. A clear way to work.
Everything happens by email: the plan, questions, scope, approvals and reports. We don’t offer calls, meetings or recorded walkthroughs.
Before you pay or share records.
- Send shop details and any aggregate numbers you know. No customer-list upload is needed for the free plan.
- We reply with a preliminary opportunity estimate, a written plan and 2 sample emails. Unknowns stay unknown.
- We check record quality, contact eligibility, capacity and job contribution. A sensible answer can be “use your CRM” or “wait”.
- If you want to continue, we agree the scope, sending tool, access, fees, data steps and measurement by email before invoicing.
- Payment is by international bank wire (SWIFT) or Wise against an invoice. You can review everything before deciding; sending starts after funds clear and you approve the campaign in writing.
Founding Keep-Warm is optional. Its 12-month lock fixes the $150 monthly price; it is not a minimum commitment. Cancel anytime. The sprint’s published booked-job guarantee and day-150 refund terms stay separate from the profitability check.
Use tools your shop owns.
Our first choice is suitable email-campaign functionality in your existing CRM. We confirm that your plan supports the audience, sending volume and reporting. If it doesn’t, our fallback is a client-owned Brevo campaign account, using your approved sending identity. Any platform fee is separate from our service fee and agreed before payment.
You keep ownership of the account, customer list, suppression list, approved copy and job log. Access is by an invited user with the minimum permissions needed, not a password sent by email. Sender-domain setup and sending eligibility must be confirmed before launch. We are not claiming a native integration, partner status or a connection already built for your CRM.
Only the data the work needs.
For a paid campaign, we agree the minimum fields for the segment: typically customer name, email, relevant service/estimate date and status. We do not need payment-card numbers or unrelated household details. Records stay in your client-owned tools wherever possible. If an export is necessary, we agree a protected transfer route in writing before you send it; no lists through the website or ordinary email attachments.
We use customer records only for your agreed campaign, never for another client or to sell the list. Temporary working exports are deleted within 30 days of service ending, including when a refund ends the work. Your account retains its records, opt-outs and job log; you can revoke our access. The transfer route, permissions and deletion date are recorded in onboarding.
You approve. Then we send.
You approve the audience rules, final emails, offers and schedule by email before sending. Your office provides current service details and capacity, confirms eligibility and records bookings. We manage the approved campaign and hand ready-to-book replies to your office the same day. If you haven’t approved a campaign, it doesn’t go out.
Track the work, not just the replies.
The weekly booked-job log keeps the guarantee count. Separately, we track which jobs were completed, which were paid, collected revenue and direct job costs supplied by your office. We exclude duplicate and pre-existing appointments from recovered-work reporting. Cancellations and unpaid jobs do not count as collected revenue. The day-90 report shows campaign fees and any separate platform costs alongside the contribution estimate.
Where list size permits, we agree an untouched comparison group before sending. It can help distinguish campaign response from ordinary demand; a small sample does not prove causation. We publish a pilot breakdown only with written client approval, using anonymised findings and limitations. We do not have client results to publish yet.
What happens to this website’s enquiries.
The audit form collects your business contact details, the estimates you choose to share and a country code supplied by Cloudflare. Requests are saved in our private Cloudflare D1 database; Web3Forms sends an email notification to Second Season’s inbox. This form does not accept customer-list uploads.
The D1 enquiry records do not currently have an automatic expiry. Email secondseason@mail.grokbot.com to request removal or ask a data question. This is separate from the 30-day deletion rule for temporary paid-campaign exports.
